Pacific Chamber Orchestra is pleased to announce the third annual premiers of new works by emerging composers representing an aspect of the cultural heritages and diversity that constitutes our American tapestry. PCO received submissions from 34 applicants last year seeking to participate in this highly competitive nationwide competition.
