The Livermore Cultural Arts Council (LCAC) is a coalition of non-profit arts and education groups supporting each other through networking, resource sharing, and coordination. The member organizations of the Livermore Cultural Arts Council are deeply involved in the culture of our diverse community. We are morally outraged by the senseless killing of George Floyd and countless other African-Americans nationwide by police officers, often with little accountability.
